Two Digit - by - Two Digit Multiplication

We were very excited this week to learn how to multiply "larger" numbers.  We have been working extensively on multiplication and rectangular arrays.  These pictures show how we used that knowledge and extended our area models to include two - digit numbers.  We were thrilled to see how easy it really was!
