Busy Learning....

It has been really great to get a couple days in together of some real solid learning.  We have been focusing on careful reading of passages in order to write knowledgeably about them.  We have drafted a couple of literary essays together and are beginning one on our own currently.  We have just finished up our long division unit in math and will be starting with some algebra soon.  I realize we all get busy, but, please continue to have your child read their books nightly.  I can really tell when they are faithful with it and can see a change in them as a reader.  The rest of this week we will be focusing on algebraic expressions as well as literary essays.  Thanks for your continued support from home!!
