Discovery Ed Testing...

This week we will be completing our third round of the Discovery Education Benchmark Assessments.  We will be sharing these results with you at parent teacher conferences as well as other scores that we have been progress monitoring throughout the year.  This is the test that we take online in the computer lab and has proved to be quite a challenge for us to build up stamina for reading on the computer screen.  Thanks for making sure the kids get enough rest so they come ready to learn each day this week :)!

Please also look for the parent teacher conference forms to come home this week.  Please send back the bottom portion to confirm your time and if you need a different time - we can work that out as well.  These are twofold colored papers and your child should come home with it tomorrow.

The Tuesday math class will be in session tomorrow after school.  The topic is the same as last week and the invitations were sent home today.  Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.

P.S. The heat is on for reading this month....lots of kiddos want some more squares by them so remind them to read each night :)
